Hi, I’m Michelle. I grew up in the country, and fitness has been a part of my life ever since I left Kaniva back in 1995. It’s shaped how I live, how I work, and how I show up for others.

Now, I’m on a mission to make fitness simple, accessible, and meaningful for rural women. I truly believe that a strong, healthy body is the foundation for a strong, healthy mind, but fitness doesn’t look the same for everyone.

That’s why I created Find Your FITT: to help you discover the kind of movement that fits you, your body, your lifestyle, and what you actually enjoy. My goal is to help you move without pain, feel better in your body, and build healthy habits that last.
