If you’re ready to start feeling better, whether that’s losing some weight, moving through menopause with less struggle, getting your energy back, or simply feeling more comfortable in your body, reaching out is the first step. A simple step that can lead to a positive change in how you feel each day.

There’s no pressure to commit to anything before you’re ready. Here are a few ways to get started, depending on where you are right now:

Start trying a free online fitness session from home. I run it every week, and there is no commitments, just a chance for you to see what it’s like.

You can book a single 1-2-1 reset coaching session. It’s a perfect way to start, we can talk about what you really want to change and then prepare a simple plan. 

Start with 6 one-one-one coaching sessions to create long lasting change. 

Join a 12-week program. Choose between a small interactive group coaching program or work at your own pace using video tutorials and workbooks.

Where Find Your FITT supports women in rural communities

Find Your FITT was created for women who understand what it’s like to live with long distances, limited local services, and the unique demands of rural life. We support women in rural communities across Australia.

Most of the women in our programs are from western Victoria and the south east of South Australia, communities where health & fitness support often means long drives or going without. 

 

  • Kaniva and nearby West Wimmera communities
  • Goroke, Minimay, Apsley and Harrow
  • Edenhope, Balmoral and the surrounding farming districts
  • Nhill, Jeparit, Rainbow and Warracknabeal
  • Horsham and the smaller Wimmera communities around it
  • Bordertown, Mundulla, Keith and Padthaway in South Australia
  • Frances, Wolseley and nearby South Australian Mallee districts such as Lameroo, Pinnaroo and Karoonda
